Real work. Real pay. From your first shift.

NeoNow employs two kinds of people on every job: a Lead Support Worker and a Buddy Associate. Both are paid, both matter, and both are part of a genuine team.

Buddy Associate

For neurodivergent & disabled adults

A paid job from your very first shift — not a trial, not a placement. You'll work alongside a trained Lead Support Worker on real household and community support jobs, with clearly defined tasks suited to your strengths.

  • Paid at award rates, every shift, from day one
  • A shadowed first four jobs alongside a senior lead worker
  • An individualised support plan built around your strengths
  • A genuine path toward further qualifications or open employment

Lead Support Worker

For experienced support workers

Bring your Certificate III (or equivalent experience) to a genuinely different kind of role — a co-working relationship, not a caretaking one, where your job is to help your buddy associate do real, skilled work well.

  • SCHADS Award pay, with induction specific to the buddy model
  • Whole-team training before every new placement begins
  • Consistent rostering with the same buddy associate where possible
  • Room to grow into supervisory or training roles as NeoNow scales

St Lucy's alumni

A direct pathway from school to work

NeoNow works closely with St Lucy's School's Post School Transition Coordinator, so Year 11–12 students and recent graduates have a clear, paid post-school pathway waiting for them — not a gap where support used to be.

How to apply

Three simple steps

We'll meet you (and your family or support worker, if that's helpful) to understand what kind of work suits you best.
